Additionally, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Forwardontics, the device, or Dr. Sandra Kahn harmless from any third-party claims arising from the use of this product.

Customs Duty Fees for International Orders

International purchases may encounter customs duty fees. The fees are based on the destination and the regulations of the country being shipped to. Different countries have import procedures which are determined by the customs laws in the destination country.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Forwardontics and Dr. Sandra Kahn are not responsible for delays due to customs.

 Refund and Return Policy

1. No Refunds or Returns
   We do not offer refunds or accept returns for our products. All sales are final. We encourage you to carefully review your order before completing your purchase.

2. Order Adjustments and Changes
   No adjustments or changes will be made to an order after 7 days from the delivery date. Please inspect your order promptly upon receipt to ensure everything is correct.

3. Consultation Refunds
   There are no refunds for consultations not taken within 30 days of payment, unless the cancellation is due to a scheduling issue on the part of Dr. Kahn. If you need to reschedule a consultation, please contact us as soon as possible to arrange a new appointment.
