And when a child doesn't rest well, everything is affected: their behavior, their learning, their mood, and their growth. In just five days, with constant guidance from specialists, it is possible to change the trajectory of that process. That is The Forwardontics Family Reset.

WHAT IS THIS EXPERIENCE? It is a five-day in-person experience designed to help families improve their children's rest and well-being through simple, guided habits repeated in real life.

It is a full week where families live the change, accompanied at all times, in an environment that facilitates doing things differently.

WHY AN EXPERIENCE AND NOT A CONSULTATION? Because the habits that affect sleep and breathing don't change in 30 minutes.

They change when:

• They are repeated calmly

• They are supported without pressure

• They are integrated into the family routine

For five days, families practice the same things over and over again, until it starts to feel natural. That is where the change happens.

24/7 PROFESSIONAL GUIDANCE Throughout the experience, families have a team of health and breathing specialists present.

The team is available 24 hours a day to:

• Answer questions in the moment

• Support children, teens, and parents during the process

• Make necessary adjustments according to each specific case

WHAT ARE THE 5 DAYS LIKE? 

Mornings Gentle movement, calm breathing, and breakfasts where simple habits are taught that children can repeat at home.

Afternoons Guided sessions, activities for children, and accompanied practice spaces—without fights or pressure.

Evenings Bedtime preparation routines and brief conversations for parents on how to support their children in a practical way.

Each day looks like the previous one on purpose. Repetition is what creates change.

There is a partnership with Playa Viva for lodging (4 nights / 5 days) at $1,300 USD per adult (ages 17 and up). If not staying at Playa Viva, a day pass must be paid to access the course, which is approx. $120 USD per day.

Mañanas
Movimiento suave, respiración tranquila y desayunos donde se enseñan hábitos simples que los niños pueden repetir en casa.

Tardes
Sesiones guiadas, actividades para niños y espacios de práctica acompañada, sin peleas ni presión.

Noches
Rutinas de preparación para dormir y conversaciones breves para los padres sobre cómo apoyar a sus hijos de forma práctica.

Cada día se parece al anterior a propósito.

Se tiene convenio con playa viva para el hospedaje de 4 noches 5 días por 1300usd por persona adulta desde los 17 años, si no se hospedan en playa viva, deberán pagar el día de sol para ingresar al curso que son aprx 120usd el día.
