Up-Locker – Nasal Breathing & Tongue Posture Trainer

The Up-Locker is a silicone training device that helps you practice nasal breathing and correct tongue posture through the Up-Lock technique. Developed by orthodontist Dr. Sandra Kahn, co-author of Jaws: The Story of a Hidden Epidemic.

How it works

The Up-Locker gives you visual feedback when you create slight negative pressure inside your mouth. That pressure keeps your lips closed, your tongue resting against the palate, and your breathing through the nose. Practice about 20 minutes a day while you read, work or watch TV.
